However, there are people with an addictive personality and this is one of the reasons why hobbies can cause damage in their lives. Some people may think that some hobbies are bad, but they are actually beneficial to other people. These hobbies are stress relievers for those people that have a busy life. I will be giving you a list of hobbies that a lot of people criticize.

A. Gardening

Gardening can be great for your health because you will be planting and growing your very own herbs,vegetables and even fruits. Studies show that only some people spend their time and effort in growing and maintaining their garden. It is actually easy to grow a garden. It is very rewarding when you will eat food that you grow on your own garden.

B. Sports

Playing different sports can really be a great hobby. There are different sports that you can choose from like swimming, golf, basketball, tennis, volleyball, darts, board games, bowling and many more. It could also be good for some people to have a little competition. Playing sports is good for the health and it can also relieve stress.

C. Wine tasting

Wine tasting can be a good hobby, however this does not mean that you drink too much and be an alcoholic. Occasional drinking can be good. You can only drink as long as you are in the legal age. You can join a guided wine tasting tour. Wine tasting is great for those people that love to taste different flavors.

D. Gambling

Gambling can really be addictive and there are a lot of people that become addicted to it. Gambling can actually relieve stress and it is very entertaining. However, this should not be done on a daily basis. Gamble extra money that you have. Those people that are addicted to gambling spend all of their money and even their savings.

This should only be a friendly game. You can either win or lose money.

All hobbies is really good as long as it is done in moderation. If you want to eliminate stress then you should do things that you love and enjoy. If you are becoming obsessed in doing something then it can have a bad effect on your physical health, mental health and even in your finances. You really need to have self discipline.
